Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering custom padded envelopes — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 12 packs across standard, bubble-lined, kraft-look, jewelry, and rigid padded mailers. Smaller sample runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for e-commerce brands and fulfillment centers.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical mailer before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine styles — say a Standard Padded Mailer for one SKU and a Small Jewelry Padded Envelope for another — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, size, and color specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both mailer color and print so your padded envelopes match your brand exactly.
Can you individually personalize each envelope?
Yes for larger custom projects — send a spreadsheet of names, order numbers, or SKUs. This is popular for launch campaigns and subscription brands; ask about setup for variable printing.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About 2 weeks from approved mockup for all styles, including rigid and custom sizes, with faster turnaround available with express shipping.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm launch or seasonal deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Padded envelopes are light for their size, so bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations, including multiple fulfillment centers.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much do padded envelopes cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; per-unit pricing starts at its highest at minimum quantities and improves as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, size, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations and institutions.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
What colors are available?
White poly, Black poly, Kraft-look poly, and custom Pantone-matched print, across standard, bubble-lined, kraft-look, jewelry, and rigid styles.
Is the print really permanent?
Yes. Flexo printing bonds into the poly surface and is built to resist scuffing, moisture, and normal handling through the mail network without flaking or fading before delivery.
What are the mailers made of?
A poly bubble-lined mailer with a self-seal strip — a durable, lightweight, moisture-resistant material built to protect contents through standard parcel handling.
How do I care for or store them?
Store flat in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight until use. Once sealed and shipped, no special care is needed — the material is built for standard transit handling.
