Shipping Policy

Every order from Custom Padded Envelopes is custom and made to order, so shipping works a little differently than an off-the-shelf product. This policy explains our general approach. Specific timelines and costs are always confirmed on your individual quote.

Production & timelines

Production begins once you approve your mockup. Standard production typically takes about 2 weeks for all styles, including rigid and custom sizes, with faster turnaround available with express shipping. These are estimates that vary by order size, decoration method, and current volume. Rush production may be available for firm launch or seasonal deadlines — ask us for a target date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity and destination and is typically added to your final invoice. Because padded envelopes are light for their size, bulk orders are generally economical to ship.

Delivery & tracking

Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. We provide tracking once your order ships. We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request.

Multiple destinations

We can split a single order across multiple addresses — including multiple fulfillment centers — provide a distribution list with your order.
